~*~We know that children are an heritage given to us by God. That is why Our Mission is to provide the best daycare possible and to ensure that your children/child is well cared for while they are with us. ~*~

~*~Before the first day of childcare, the following forms must be completed and given to me: Child Application and Information form, Consents form, Physical forms (to be completed by your physician), Emergency Contact form and Immunization form. A set of forms must be completed for each child in care. All forms are required by Department of Education Office of Child Care. ~*~

~*~Each child needs a change of clothes (that is appropriate to the current season) to be left at my home in case of accidents. Each new season, you will be asked to bring a new outfit and the outfit that I have will be returned to you. ~*~

~*~We have very Competitive rates~*~

~*~Payment for childcare is due on Monday of each week (or the first day of childcare for the week) for the current week of Care. We will provide a receipt if needed. ~*~
